| Reservation Conditions: |
Short-term rent:
Reservations of an object requires a down payment of
50% of the total amount. This down payment is not refundable.
The balance of the rental amount must be paid upon arrival
in USD either in cash or in USD-Travellers Checks.
Long-term rent (from 4 months):
Reservations of an object requires a down payment of 3 monthly
rents. This downpayment is not refundable.
Please note that the final reservation takes place upon down
payments.

| Damages: |
After handing-over of
the rental object (at expiry of the rent period) each rental
guest will be held responsible for the damage he caused and
has to compensate for that. |

Limitation of
Repsonsibility: |
Upon reservation and/or
final payment, the rental guests of the object, waive all rights
to any legal actions, at present and in future, against the
owners or administrators of the object, for any damage (fire,
theft, sickness, accidental injuries or death) that may arise
from the rental relation for the tenant. |
