Ronaldo Scacchi
Born in 1955 in the Swiss canton of Solothurn. After a successful
business career Ronaldo decided to sell his trade fair and advertising
booth construction company and moved with his family to the Dominican
Republic. In 1995 Ronaldo Scacchi laid the foundation of a visionary
enterprise and founded in Sosua the real estate company, Palm Hills
Real Estate S.A.
In February 2001, Palm Hills moved their company headquarters from
Sosua to Cabarete to allow for the further expansion of their business
activities.
Today, Palm Hills Caribe Real Estate S.A. has 8 employees in Cabarete
and can look back on 10 years of experience in the real estate business.
Brigitte Theurer
After finishing her vocational training as insurance salesperson
and a ten-year experience as office-based employee, Brigitte relocated
to the Dominican Republican 1994. This enthusiastic horsewoman then
decided to turn her hobby into a business and established a small
riding center with 10 horses. Since summer 2004 Brigitte is working
with Palm Hills as listing-agent an in the rental business.
Barbara Candido
In December 2003, Barbara sold her retail businesses in the
UK and moved with her family to the DR. Barbara has over 23 years
experience in international property sales and developement. She
can assist clients in every aspect of property investment in the
DR.
Alexander Urban
Alex has been living in the Dominican Republic since 1996. He was
working several years successfully at a tourists guide and is quite
at home in the whole region of the north coast until Punta Cana.
After his activities for IBM in Germany the Dominican Republic with
its wonderful vegetation and the charming population had quite taken
him. Because of his calm personality and mental balance he is a
favorite and successfully agent in the team of Palm Hills.
Lelo Matarazzo
Our senior co-worker. He is our expert for "fincas".
Lelo is a native Italian who has been living in the Dominican
Republic for over 50 years now. His vast knowledge and skills allows
Lelo to be considered more as a Dominican than an Italian.
There is hardly any finca owner on the Dominican north coast whom
Lelo doesn't know in person! We are proud to have him on our team.

The new Victorian-style building was
built by architect Francesco Martin and is located in the
centre of Cabarete.
At the main street entrance of the building you will find
the "News Cafe". Our offices are located in the
same entrance.
